Our Executive Chef leads a multi-national team to bring you great menus and dining options to suit both your mood and the occasion. With some of Ireland’s finest grassland in the surrounding countryside, the finest beef, pork and lamb feature on our menus as well as fresh seasonal produce in our salad options. Fish and Seafood landed in nearby fishing villages too are highlights of the dining experience at the hotel. All prepared with a care that has earned the hotel a great reputation for the quality and style of its food.
The Castle Lounge is the heart of the hotel and is the meeting place for locals and visitors. Serving barista coffee, teas, freshly baked scones and a great all-day dining menu, with popular lunchtime dishes and desserts that are hard to resist. Make the most of this light-filled space, sit back in comfy armchairs and high-backed sofas with a coffee or a drink and simply watch the world go by.
